We at jZip are sorry that you're not fully satisfied with jZip. The following sections include detailed uninstall instructions. Before you say goodbye, did you know you can change settings to your liking – for example, remove the specific features you don't like AND keep enjoying jZip?

  1. I would like to keep jZip, but change my browser's homepage

  2. I would like to keep jZip, but change my default search engine

    If you prefer to change your default search engine for one of the following browsers, below are the links to help you do so.   3. I would like to remove the jZip application from my computer

    Before you remove jZip, did you know you can still enjoy jZip even if you choose to change your browser's homepage or remove the toolbar?

    If you still choose to remove jZip, below are the links to help you do so. We're also always happy to hear from you to learn what you like and don't like about jZip so that we can improve it to your liking. Click here to let us know.

    1. Close and exit jZip completely.
    2. Go to: 'Start > Control Panel' and double click on 'Add or Remove Programs'. You will see a window with a list of the programs installed on your computer.
    3. Find the jZip name; highlight it by clicking on it, and then click on the 'Uninstall' button (or 'Remove' in Windows XP).
  4. I would like to remove the Searchqu Toolbar from my computer

    Before you remove the "Searchqu Toolbar" Toolbar, don't forget it provides quick and easy access to your email, facebook, twitter, ebay and other social media accounts. You can also check out your favorite websites and browse music in just one click. Our toolbar is used by millions for easy access to the World-Wide Web.

    If you still prefer to remove the "Searchqu Toolbar" Toolbar, below are the links to help you do so. We're also always happy to hear from you to learn what you like and don't like about Searchqu Toolbar's Toolbar so that we can improve it to your liking here. Also, remember that you can always reinstall if you change your mind, which we hope you do.

    Quickest method: Click the "X" button on the left side of the toolbar, and then click on "disable".
    Longer method: Right click anywhere on the toolbar. Uncheck the “Searchqu Toolbar’s” Toolbar from the drop-down menu and then click on “disable”.
    Longest method: Go to: 'Start > Control Panel' and double click on 'Add or Remove Programs'. You will see a window with a list of the programs installed on your computer. Find the “jZip Mediabar” name, highlight it by clicking on it, and then click on the 'Uninstall' button (or 'Remove' in Windows XP).

    Mozilla FireFox
